Ryan Matthews is an Analyst for Capital Markets at LuminArx Capital Management.
Prior to joining LuminArx, Mr. Matthews was an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs within Equity Capital Markets Origination, focused on the industrials and business services sectors. Prior to Goldman, Mr. Matthews worked at J.P. Morgan on the Equity Capital Markets Syndication desk, responsible for the execution of all equity and equity-linked new issuance including IPOs, Follow-On Offerings, Block Trades, and Convertible Debt.
Mr. Matthews received his BA in Government from Cornell University and is a CFA Charterholder.
