Charles Thaler is an Assistant Controller at LuminArx Capital Management.
Prior to joining LuminArx, Mr. Thaler was a Senior Fund Accountant at Lone Pine Capital, where he was responsible for closing monthly NAVs for the funds and creating and implementing several key processes.
Before joining Lone Pine, Mr. Thaler worked for Viking Global Investors, where he held several roles on their finance team, including tax, fund accounting and internal investor relations. Prior to joining Viking, Mr. Thaler worked for Deloitte, where he worked on tax compliance for large hedge fund and private equity clients.
Mr. Thaler holds a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelors in Talmudic Law for Ner Israel Rabbinical College. Mr. Thaler is a Certified Public Accountant.
