Justin Neuman is the Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of LuminArx Capital Management.
Prior to joining LuminArx, Mr. Neuman was Counsel at D1 Capital Partners LP, an investment firm that operates across public and private markets. Mr. Neuman played a key role in managing D1’s legal and compliance infrastructure.
Prior to joining D1, Mr. Neuman served as an Associate in the Private Funds Group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he represented hedge funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds, real estate funds and fund‐of‐funds including formation of new funds and ongoing advice relating to the operation of their businesses.
Mr. Neuman received a Bachelor of Science with a major in Business and Management from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is admitted as a member of the Bar in the state of New York.
