Rick Li is a Vice President on the Investment Team at LuminArx Capital Management.
Mr. Li has experience investing across the capital structure in distressed, special situations, and private equity strategies. Most recently, Mr. Li was a senior associate at Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm investing in Industrials and Healthcare businesses.
Previously, Mr. Li was an investment professional at The Carlyle Group, where he was responsible for distressed, special situations, and structured equity investments. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Li began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Natural Resources group.
Mr. Li received his BBA in Accounting and Master in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
